Absolutely loved the spacious Accessible Studio Twin Apartment! It felt like home with natural light pouring in. The kitchenette made it easy to settle in, and the comfy beds were perfect after busy days with the kids. The little coffee machine was such a treat too!
The TV was quite small and placed far from the bed—might not bother everyone, though.

The receptionist was very nice and very helpful. The hotel decor was exactly to my liking, and I loved the feeling of luxury the room I stayed in. Loved the city view from the window and the feeling of space. So close to the city, but so very quiet. Close to restaurants and cafes, train station just down the road, tram accross the road, park accross the road. What's not to like!! And they had a shower cap!!!!!
The shower head was in an awkward position and the drain blocked, causing a very wet bathroom floor. Couldn't get on to the net in my room and needed to. Having said that, the receptionist did everything she could to help. The management really ought to get that sorted though. Small things and they wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

the room was spacious and had three large windows that provided a bright and tranquil view to the north. I appreciated the tasteful decor, especially the mirrored wall and the stylish 'cube' bathroom. the kitchenette was a nice addition, and the complimentary drinks in the fridge were a lovely surprise. Plus, being so close to the MCG made it convenient for attending events, and I found getting around the city easy with the trams right outside.
Can’t fault anything about it 😊.

It was quiet.
Booked quite a while ago & requested a carpark only to be rung two days before to say none was available & the closest parking was at the Hilton 400 meters away. Room was extremely tiny as was the bathroom/shower. Fridge still had someone else milk in it from the night before.
